Vicky and Mike set up the pick up immediately and with great/fast communication. Carlos called right on time, that they have arrived. They were quick, careful, and nice. Definitely recommend to anyone. And will use in the future for any personal need or for my business.

DC's bulk trash is suspended because of Covid and their official guidance is/was to store heavy items until it re-opens. When you have a smaller condo, that's not always the best plan. I had a wall-unit AC unit that I replaced sitting in the middle of my living room and an old entertainment center sitting by the door blocking it from opening fully. I called on Monday, got a (very nice) lady who gave me a price and time. The guys called the next day, showed up early (long hard side eye at you cable company). No muss, no fuss. I showed them what I wanted gone and they just picked them up and left. It took 3 minutes tops. The price was ex... One of the best experiences that I have ever had. I live in California and I need to have some furniture and other odds and ends removed from my sons apartment in the DC area, the owner Mike was quick answer, he gave me a quote over the phone, his workers showed up as scheduled and picked up my sons junk and took it away. They were very nice and the price was just right! As a mother who is 3,500 miles away from her son, it was nice to know that there are still companies that keep their word and deliver on their service without trying to uncharge you, if I needed I would use them again.
