Shawn was very knowledgable, professional, and patient. He listened and took note of the 3 plumbing issues we were having. He left us with a plan to address all of them. Would highly recommend this company.

I received a letter from SAWS that stated I had a bad leak. I had my irrigation crew come out and they couldn't find a leak. I then assumed it was in the house somewhere and called George Plumbing. They found four leaks over 2 days. Three in the irrigation piping and one in the toilet. I can’t say enough good things about Nick,Tyler, and Jared. Since each leak was very slight, it was extremely complex to solve why the pressure would drop after fixing one leak after another. This project took a very high level of determination and expertise to solve. It’s difficult to find people that take pride in their job and go all out to make sure all issues are solved for the customer. I’m very fortunate to have called George Plumbing.

Jake came and explained what needed to be done, and why, to replace our outdated water softener. He and Art came and worked and worked for over ten hours to complete the job. They were very professional and worked well together. Very amicable and ready to tell us what they were doing. When the inspector came he said he knew how well the George Plumbing plumbers do their job. Overall very satisfied. We have found our new plumbing company. Thank you Jake and Art. Additional review: The softener needed more salt, so I called and spoke with Jake, I think I dialed his number by mistake, but he was kind enough to speak with me and relayed the information to the office. Mica from the office called and set up an appointment for the next day. Shawn came and added the salt, tested the quality of the water from the softener and the hard water outside, and reset the settings. He was very informative and answered all my questions. Had a great experience from this team. Kody was on time, efficient and professional. They installed water softener within a day and walked us through maintenance. Would recommend their services!

We had a toilet valve replaced and also a leaking drain pipe replaced underneath the sink. Kody completed the job in a reasonable amount of time and we are pleased with the outcome. He took the time to explain what he was doing and showed us pics of leaking pipe issues that we were not aware of. We also appreciated his recommendation of a mold killing spray that we later purchased at Lowe’s that was very effective.

I am extremely pleased with the service that I received from George Plumbing company. Doug and Daniel were the plumbers who came out today. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They did the work that I needed and double checked that the problem was resolved. They answered all of my questions patiently. When they left, I felt confident that the work was done right. I plan to use George Plumbing again.

Kody and crew did a great job repairing our bidet under warranty.

We had our water softening system And reverse osmosis replaced. We’ve had them for about 10 years and it did what it was supposed to do and had to run their course. I called George Plumbing because their number was on the old unit which I had forgotten about. Eventually they sent plumbers out to see what the problem was and that’s when we met Kody and Able. These gentlemen are awesome. They were very professional from beginning to end. I’m An observant person and I watch even when people don’t think I’m watching. First of all they put the little shoe covers on to make sure they didn’t track dirt in and out of the house and didn’t have to be asked. Also, Kody wasn’t pushy when it came to making a selection or sale. He presented the information to us and allowed us to make the decision. Also, it was brought to our attention that Mr. (Able) was training. I watched very closely how Kody treated him how he spoke to him how he engaged with him and how he was training him. I don’t like bullies. He was very patient with him and I watched how he taught him ,he asked Able if he knew how to do something and if he didn’t, he showed him. Kody was patient with Able. He was also patient me because I had a lot of questions. Some of them were not job related as we had some common interest however it never slowed him down or distracted him from the job he was here to do. Same with Mr. (Able) while working he and I talked a little bit of sports, but again never slowed him down. These were just two great guys they just happened to be on on a job. Almost like you had your friends who just happened to be plumbers doing the work for you. They did their job well. Answered all of my questions and the only trace that they were ever here is the water softener and my new RO system. These guys are an asset to your company and you should be proud to send them out to represent you, because they represented themselves very well. Matt was phenomenal! He was very informative and did great work. We had a bad experience with roto rooter and Matt completely turned it around for us. We will absolutely use him moving forward

Update 5/27/2026- Yelled for George again....needed a free standing hose bib on a riser in the front garden re-done. Nathan and Andrew completed the job and worked with me and my artistic vision to achieve exactly what I hoped for in my rustic Texas yard. Thanks so much AGAIN, guys. Do not hesitate.
