As much as I enjoyed learning about the Genie Bath System, what truly meant the most to me was the heart behind the service. Being a family-owned business, you can genuinely feel that they care. They took their time explaining everything — the features, accessories, and how the installation process would work — without ever making us feel pressured. I especially appreciated their patience and willingness to work with us financially. They understand that this is an investment, and they truly try to make it affordable for families. I was very impressed with Jason’s presentation as he discussed all the details for construction and financing in a clear and thorough manner. I did not feel pressured,but we’ll informed. I was glad that he came today as well as His assistant, B.J.

Highly recommend Jason for bathroom remodeling at Genie Bath. From the first conversation he was knowledgeable, honest, and made the whole process easy. He really knows his stuff and explains everything clearly without any pressure. On top of that, he’s genuinely funny, which made what’s usually a stressful project actually enjoyable. If you want someone who’s great at his job and great to work with, Jason’s your guy.

Ghosted! The initial presentation was great (we thought it was over priced for a bath remodel without structural change) but we wanted to get it done. As a disabled veteran the Salsperson told us about a VA grant (for 6,800.00) and how to go about it. We did everything we needed to do on our end. When it came time for them to do the paperwork, as they had promised and said it would be easy, we got no response. Even when we went through 2 supervisory levels above we got no help after being promised numerous times.
