The tech who came to the house was very polite and knowledgeable. He had the fireplaces up and running quickly (as part of the problem was user error on my part). They came in and worked with my vision to convert one of our fireplaces to gas log and retrofit the other with a gas fire starter (I didn’t even know that was a thing but it is!). Not only did they take the time to understand exactly what I wanted and make a clear plan, but they even got up on the roof and found a few other critical issues that needed fixing.
They handled a long list of items, coordinating and negotiating with other vendors to get everything done quickly and done right — from roof and chimney work to running new gas lines to sweeping.
