General's Hardwood Flooring did an amazing job ripping out about 1200 square feet of tile, sub-floor then did an amazing job installing exotic tiger wood hard wood flooring (very hard wood). The workmanship was amazing and the floor looks like it was the original! Highly, highly recommend General's Hardwood Flooring if you ever need their services! They even helped me secure the product!
Generals just completed refinishing kitchen hardwood floors. We couldn't be happier with results. Their team is professional,prompt, and highly concerned with quality of job. They left no mess and are reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!
I contacted General's for a estimate via the website. Scott's response was immediate & he came over the very same day. We decided to wait "a few months" to have the floors refinished but it ended up being about 6 months yet Scott still honored his estimate price. We've been in our home for 18 years. When we bought it, the floors were a major disaster; stains, scratches, very worn but we waited to refinish due to 2 elderly dogs. The prepping before & afterwards is grueling but the refinishing itself took 3 days. Scott's crew was on the job by 8AM each day & they worked non-stop. They did an excellent job! We had a couple of hiccups along the way (to be expected) but unknown to us, Scott graciously decided to give us a beautiful higher end finish. *The pics I've attached are before & during the process. The lighting is different in some rooms and without natural light. Highly recommend.
