Bad attitude, had an emergency and called a couple places, had to leave messages and the first one to call back, which was another company, they came out. Had a plumber there waiting for septic to be pumped. The other company did a way better job than gene-o. When he did call back he was pissed we didn't wait for his call. It was an emergency! We will never use this guy again.

Very responsive and knowledgeable. Very good communications. We had an emergency call about a month ago he came next day and emptied it out. Pump went out today and he came out the same day and took care of it. All around reccomend and for sure our go to!
