This company went above and beyond even before the job was secured. I had to have my rear window (with the wipers) completely replaced. Kudos to Tom and his staff for a job well done and the price was literally $150 less than other quoted prices. I would recommend them to family and friends for sure.
We had some single pane glass panels replaced on a hundred year old home. The customer service was great. John came out for the quote measurements and also the installation. I could tell he took pride in his work for his attention to detail. This process was smooth from start to finish. We are happy with the customer service, job performance and would recommend them.
I cannot recommend this glass shop enough or doing business with Thomas Gates. I have had two windshields installed here both done professionally. Thomas Gates went above and beyond on 11/19/21. I had some issues with my insurance company and my previous insurance company which caused issues for me to get serviced. The insurance companies did not try to alleviate the situation but Mr Thomas Gates went above and beyond and fixed this problem despite not having to. Very honest, no nonsense shop. I recommend anyone who needs glass installed in there vehicle to come to this shop you cannot beat the work ethic nor the customer service. They go ab...
