One of the worst non communicating companies I have ever used in the Construction Industry, from Duane in the field to Shelby in the office. I have called, text and emailed for days about pricing and scheduling without a response, especially from Duane even prepayment doesn't change change their prospective. Sad.
Absolutely a wonderful experience. Jason came out same day and answered all of our questions. We were really struggling to come up with a fence layout that would flow with our oddly shaped yard. He gave us his professional opinion and after seeing it laid out on paper we were very pleased! He got us over the estimate same day and with much surprise it was under my expected guesstimate. We went with the black chain link and the look does not disappoint! The installers were also amazing and worked hard and efficient! I purchased a 6 ft white vinyl privacy fence from Gaston Fence back in May. There was a total of 375 feet of fencing to complete. I ended up installing it myself and was successful due to the extreme patience/willingness to assist from these employees. It took me 2 months of nights and weekends so it isn't for the faint of heart. Thank you Serena and all who fielded my phone calls! Pros: -Great Customer service -Accurate pricing and final quantity delivered (even down to the individual screws). There were 2 spare panels left at the end that I saved for spares. -High quality hinges and hardware for the gates with the option to spring closed.... There were 2 spare panels left at the end that I saved for spares. -High quality hinges and hardware for the gates with the option to spring closed. -Delivery was quick and the delivery driver was accommodating by precisely placing all of the materials where I needed them. Cons: -The custom graded gate leaves have sagged slightly over the last 5 months of use. I will likely install a strip of metal on the back of each gate leaf to restore it to it's original angle. -Gate leaves were not 48 inches across (more like 44 inches) so the overall gate opening ended up less than 8 ft total. This makes putting a trailer through the opening more difficult. Not a defect, just a miscommunication on my part. I thought they would be 48 inches.
