Wonderful experience! Jermaine came out so quickly, in the snow and got our fireplace up and running in no time. He was very knowledgeable and professional and now it's cleaned and looks brand new- heating better than ever. Online scheduling was quick and easy and the office was so responsive.
This is the second year in a row we've used GFD and I highly recommend. Year one was a last minute fix, clean up, and fan install right before Christmas, and this year, with Thanh, was just an annual inspection and cleaning. Thanh was early, professional, cleaned and serviced our fireplace so quickly and efficiently, and I love that GFD doesn't come with a sales pitch. They come in, do what they have to do, and they're on to the next job. Thanks Thanh, for yet another amazing service, and we'll schedule again next year! Highly recommend!
Jermaine was absolutely amazing. He was super communicative about his arrival time and even asked if he could come a little early which was super helpful. I had moved into this house three years ago and never understood how to work the first place and it never seemed quite right. He did a full service of the fireplace and helped diagnose some of the aftermarket wiring that was done. He walked me through everything to use it safely and most efficiently. I think I badgered him with half a dozen questions and he was so patient and knowledgeable. After everything he even cleaned everything so it looks beautiful. Highly highly highly recommend.
