My handmade table from 1983 was damaged in a house fire. Gary Simpson’s folks did an incredible job cleaning and refinishing it. I am amazed. They picked up and delivered, which was such a great help. Highly recommend them!!
Updated 02/11 : Unfortunately doesn’t respond to new inquiries in a timely manner, hangs up phone calls. Very odd given the positive first experience but your mileage may vary. Still appreciated the first experience with repair so I’ll leave the 3. — Did a fantastic job repairing a custom oak desk that had been smashed a couple times during transit. Took about half the estimated time, repaired both a chip as well as a bowed out piece, and was reasonable/a fair price. Would use again in the future.
Gary Simpson and team did an amazing job refinishing my 70+yr old front door. They stripped, fixed any defects, and repainted the outside/inside with a sprayer. Looks better than brand new. Also they stayed on schedule and constantly communicated on the status.
Excellent service from the front office to the pick up and delivery. Our couch broke and Gary Simpson was able to pick up and return it within a week. Pricing was upfront and very reasonable.
