These guys do a great job and are reasonably priced. We have had them at our house multiple times over the last years for our dishwasher, and dryer. They are always timely and make the repairs quickly. They are friendly and even answer questions I have about other appliances. Thanks for the great job again today.
I hired Dave to install a water line to my new refrigerator. I was able to get on their schedule super quick after talking to Mrs Garrett. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. Dave and his son showed up on time and quickly installed the waterline with zero mess. Price was very reasonable! I will definitely use this service again for any appliance repairs in the future! This is a great family ran business.
Dave and his son were great to work with! Extremely customer oriented and polite and did everything they could to help me as well as kept the cost reasonable. I will be using them again!
Dave did a great job on my dryer worked fine I don't mind spending the money since I've had his service before and it's always been outstanding against most other appliance services 10/10 will always call back for anything I need done around the house that I cant D.I.Y.
I had my Samsung dryer repaired for not heating up three times in less than 7 months. Dave came to replace the whole thermal fuse twice and paid for the part. For the second time of service, the next day the dryer wasn’t heating up again! Dave recommended that I get a professional to clean dryer ducts. So I did. Service was within 30 day’s warranty and was informed by Mrs. Garret that no charge for the return repair. Dave charged another $100.70 on top of $160+ and $135 for replacing a thermal fuse. Dave knew exactly what needed repaired. The third time he came, and replaced the part. I found my dryer vent unconnected to vent and broken con... He expected me to run my dryer through the window and asked me to hire someone and install a new dryer exhaust vent?! I believe this man is purposefully taking advantage and take his time to charge me $90 per hour for something that can be done in 15-30 mins tops. He is taking advantage of women. This man is asking me to spend more money to fix a problem that he couldn’t! My dryer vent was cleaned out for an additional $286.20. I left a message for Mrs. Garret to return my call. I’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the services provided and unable to use my dryer completely! This man also have a temper and anger issues. Beware! I will report to Better Business Bureau and expect a refund. I will also make sure that people are warned on all platforms of social media.
