Awesome experience with Garage and Gate Service Pros. Our estimate for repairs to our entry gate was performed on time and we were given great advice to continue to use the same entry system we were accustomed to. The next day service to our gate was completed. Everyone we have spoken and met with has been extremely nice and helpful. I highly recommend this company and we will use them again in the future.
Great experience! z fixed my gate in a timely and professional manner.
Very prompt in answering service call. Service was provided in a very short period of time. Courteous workers who worked even during inclement weather conditions 5 Stars from the time they received my call to finish. 😊 👍
If I could have done zero stars, I would have. I called this company the beginning of the week about our gate at a house we own but are leasing out. He said he has availability on Friday from 10am-2pm. I said great that’s perfect. Literally put in my calendar that time block. I would expect. Call when they are on the way. He even copied my email address AND phone number down twice. Okay Friday gets here and I hear nothing until 940a. He tried calling me 4 times within the same minute. Texted me at 941a and said “Gate company here at your house please call.” His “office” then called me once. I returned his phone and he has a NASTY attitude and I told him number one- My time was between 10-2. Number two- you were supposed to give me a heads up when on your way. But instead you called when you got there, EARLY was mad at me and lying saying he called 30 minutes prior blah blah. So I simply said I’m not going to go back and forth with you, would you like me to contact the office. He started YELLING that he IS THE OFFICE CUZ HE IS THE OWNER. That’s no way to talk to someone and I’m SO glad we will not be working with them.
"We start with a $89 service call, which we waive with any approved repair." Looking for a quote on a repair and right out of the gate (pun intended) there's a fee. This is a common tactic to lock you into their repair suggestion by making it feel like you're "saving" that $89. It puts pressure on you to approve a fix, even if its overpriced or unnecessary. Red Flag!
