One of our garage door springs broke last night and we called Garage Door Doctor this morning as they came out today. They replaced both springs for not only safety reasons but mainly for our own peace of mind. Technician Mike E was awesome! He thoroughly went over all the installation details and provided great professional advice. I had a broken spring on a very old heavy wooden double door garage door that is 50 years old. I called garage door doctor based on their reviews, and I can assure you they more than deserve the great reviews they have on here. The person who took my call was extremely helpful and told me he could have somebody out the next day. I was expecting it would take a week. He also quoted me a price based on what I had described to him. My technician was Michael and I cannot say enough good things about him. Because of the age of the door a number of the metal parts had rusted and would need to be replaced. Michael discussed this with me and explaine...
