Writing this review to hopefully help someone else in the future—please choose carefully who you trust with fixing your gaming consoles. Armani, while I believe he may be capable of fixing some issues, is not a skilled expert overall. After a brief phone call regarding a broken charging port on my Nintendo 3DS, he told me it was an easy fix. So then I took my 3DS to his house, FIRST RED FLAG, he asked me to leave it outside his door. No problem (whatever) After a full week with no updates, I reached out and received no response. I followed up again and eventually got a call back where he admitted he didn’t work on the system at all. He then told me I needed to order the replacement part myself. Noticing my frustration, he claimed he went ahead and ordered the part on his own—so which I hope he did. Following another week of poor communication and being repeatedly ghosted, he finally admitted he installed the part but said the system still wasn’t charging. At that point, he began asking unrelated questions, such as how long I’d owned the system, rather than focusing on the actual issue. He ultimately claimed he had done all he could and blamed the 3DS for “giving out.” This made no sense—the issue was clearly the broken charging port, not the battery or the system itself. The device charged perfectly fine before the port broke, and the problem was simply that the charger could no longer be inserted properly. Moral of the story: choose wisely before bringing your devices here. Gaming consoles are expensive, and poor communication, lack of accountability, and misdiagnosing issues can cost you both time and money.
