What the Flip is going ON! My discussion with you assured me i had no leaks and the meter showed nothing flowing. So I guess I'll have to call again to investigate further? My bill $770 for 7/11/25 to 8/13/25. I don't even water the yard or have AC!

Nobody can resolve my problem! I had been trying to pay by telephone 4 times but nobody helped. The message does not provide enough for pay by telephone my bill. and in a few days i have to pay $25.00 for pay late. Probably they will like more doesn't matter if i tried to pay a lot of times by telephone this failed service and sistem.

I swear every time I go to the city of Gallup electric office ALL the ladies at the front have unprofessionalism and rudeness. I even ask the lady when they are going to turn my electric back on since I have food in my refrigerator and she tells me “IDK anytime before 5pm IDK anything about that!” If she does not know then why is she working there? They give the orders to the meter people to turn the electric back on and because it is me she gives me this answer. I’m not happy with my customer service AT ALL. She also made a big deal about my photo identification when there was a law passed saying photo identification can be taken now. Instea...
