I had a great experience and really appreciated the thoughtful, patient customer service. Everything was explained clearly, including why certain recommendations were being made, and the team was attentive and genuinely engaged. I never felt rushed, just well supported. I’m very pleased with my purchase and would absolutely recommend them.
