It took a really long time to get a quote. I had an Amp repaired it worked good for a couple weeks and burned up again. I brought it back and they checked it again and said it was a problem with my sub that caused it. I bought a new Amp. Checked my 3 sub speakers and found nothing wrong. New Amp is working fine no problems. I spent well over a $140 for nothing
Service was much better than those reflected in other reviews. I had 2 speakers surround foam replaced. Quality of work was very good, and the cost of repairs was reasonable. Barbara did inform me up front it may take up to 4 weeks depending on when they could get parts etc.As is turned out, they had the parts and they were repaired within a week. I do recommend them, and will use them again
