I’m sorry to say the review below is exactly what I’m going through. I been patient and compassionate. To make a long story short the owner claimed he insured and mailed my “fixed drone cam.” But never can come up with a tracking number. It’s been 13 months now that I shipped my cam to get it fixed. I need to take stronger measures cause that’s a 500 dollar Cam.

GT Electronics was sent to my home to do some warranty work on a washing machine. First - when he called to set up an appointment with me - he couldn't stop explaining how he is a one man operation servicing a 400 mile radius and he doesnt have much time available. Then - when he arrived at my home - he didnt even take a moment to introduce himself. He goes into my garage to check the machine - pushes the start button and it turns on and goes through a rinse and spin - so according to him and his 2 minute evaluation of my machine - it was just frozen and there was nothing wrong. I have used G T Electronics 3 or 4 times already, through a 3rd party (Home Depot Warranty Department). Have my dryer fixed in a timely manner. From what I understood, G T E is a one man show and covers several different store warranty departments, and the 3rd party department dont communicate this info to their customers, in my case, I was told that the appt HomeDepot made for me was set in stone, not that G T Electronics will be calling to set up the appt, (which is not his fault, obviously). Would definitely recommend this guy to everyone, does great and honest work. 👍

dis organized and have no idea where my order is to fix my fridge, even though i have a copy of the order. been wating over a week with a fridge at 60 degrees.

GT electronics is amazing. The guy who runs this business works extremely hard. Every time we've dealt with him he's always managed to fit us into his busy schedule. He makes it out as soon as he can and his prices are very reasonable! He also services Kenai and Soldotna on the weekends! He has also helped me trouble shoot machines over the phone and is very kind. I 100% will do business again with GT Electronics.

Fast troubleshooting, honest and straightforward. I see the previous less than positive comments. It’s pretty easy to be mad at the contract service tech/company when you’re having issues with your product.

Had a busted dryer. G came as agreed and did the fix while we chatted with his dad. Quick service, decent price. Old school. Very knowledgeable.
