Harold introduced me to G & R . He had the best price, the fastest delivery and two servicemen who came on time , installed my appliance without any complaints and did it efficiently. They had to remove two doors and they did it fast and did not cause any damage to anything. Will be looking to them in the future if I need anything.

Very poor service. The one associate that was working there had zero intent on helping us today . He just looked so annoyed . I inquired about one fridge and he didn’t even say ok I’ll be with you in a few moments so that I can show you other models . It was clear that he didn’t have any experience with people . On my way to Home Depot !

let Me start by saying I have been a loyal customer to this business for over 15 years, I support local businesses until today, they will not see my business going forward, I own and rent apartments in the neighborhood, and will used these guys to replace appliances multiple times yearly.
Today I made one such visit, the owner / Manager could have care less to help me deliver a stove and a Fridge, I plea and asked him several time to deliver my merchandise , which was 5 blocks away, even offered to pay for the delivery, he came up with every excuse in the book , didn’t care that I was a repeat customer, he then say I will try, 5 pm comes, I...let Me start by saying I have been a loyal customer to this business for over 15 years, I support local businesses until today, they will not see my business going forward, I own and rent apartments in the neighborhood, and will used these guys to replace appliances multiple times yearly.

I had to ended up paying $120 for a delivery person to pick up the appliances at their storage facility,
These people don’t know the first thing about service, they don’t even know who are their customers, and there prices are not competitive, I could have bought my appliances at sears or PC Richards for less, but like I said ,I support local businesses.
But this did it for me, was disappointed the way he handle this one, he was more taken up telling me how busy he was delivering to Long Island and the Bronx.

Bad experience with them every time and I've bought enough from them to know me, but every time I go to the store it is like I'm a new customer. Car radio, speakers, air-conditioner, speakers, videos games, refrigerator, PSP games, etc, etc, etc... They move from Liberty to 101 Ave. I've been a customer since the late 90's till now 2020. The quality is not what they say.
