My Go to Place for tires. Driving all over I do wear out my vehicle tire treads often so I bring it here for service. Just got two new quality used rear tires installed for $120, price has gone up a little from my previous transactions with them, however their customer service and efficiency makes it worth it and still recommend G & G Tires.
The best deal your going to find in Orange County. They are fast, friendly and have great prices on used tires. Professional and willing to go the extra bit to make sure your taken care of. I love this place
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, the service was unprofessional and disorganized. I waited over 30 minutes before they even began working on my car. When I asked for more information about the run-flat tire options, the employee was rude and dismissive instead of being helpful. He told me there were no other options and said that if I didn’t like the price or the tire, I could have the tow truck take my car back. That comment was completely unacceptable and disrespectful. No customer should be spoken to that way. To make matters worse, I was quoted $70 but was charged $75 with no pr... This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Total scammers!! I went in on a Sunday morning, purchased a tire, then advised by the cashier that my payment didn't go thru, she says she had to run my card again, I show her the transaction on my phone that it did go thru,but she swipes my card again, needless to say, 24hrs later I have 2 charges for the same tire. I call to request the money be put back on my card but instead she wants to Zelle it to me?!! I'm trying to explain to her and she's talking over me, next think I know, she disconnects the call, when I try and call back, she wont answer the phone....SCAMMERS!!!
