Went in with no appointments scheduled for a motorcycle safety check and was out in like 15 minutes. Fast and friendly service. Highly recommend. Call before going in though to see the times that the safety check guy is in. =) I'm extremely satisfied with their service!!

Went there for an estimate on a deep scratch on my car around 9 am and was told it will be ready and email to me by 1230pm. Told estimate person they are last 3rd estimate so i can turned it in to car wash who scratched my car and pay for repairs. She told me she will email 1230pm. Other 2 shops estimated and print out less then 10 minutes... Now its 3pm...guess what...no email. WTF. Called them and she told me there were estimates she need to complete. What? She got about 100 estimates from the morning when they just open? Why even promise a time that they cant even uphold.

Received amazing service from the Service Tech whom performed my Safety Check. I called in the morning and she was able to get me in right away! She was very thorough with checking everything on my vehicle and also very personable as we discussed the Kapolei area as we recently relocated from Lahaina, Maui. She even gave me a hug at the end which made me feel welcomed to the area. Was in and out in less than 20 minutes! Thank you for you assistance! I will be back next year!
