Everything was simple and easy from getting a quote, to scheduling pickup service, to receiving my rug back. They even assisted with placing the rug in my living room upon delivery. There was a huge difference between the initial quote and actual cost that they attributed to a training error. However, they communicated the error before I committed to use them and the actual cost is what I was initially expecting to pay when I was researching services anyway. I’d still book with them again because besides some frayed ends (that I already had on the rug from previous use) the rug looks brand new and I love it!

I have used Fuzzy Wuzzy several times! I am always happy with the results especially my old rug from Hong Kong. I love that they pickup my rugs and bring them back. They place them back where you want them! The guys are always so nice!
