Had great sales woman nonpressuring and spent the time needed to assist with making a decision that would make my husband happy who was in no shape to test out furniture that would work post-op hip replacement. He got the design type that he wanted & could get out of safely & I got soft material non leather 🤪! A happy medium. Though it was difficult walking away from the flexsteel reclining sofa with lumber and headrest. Had our stuff delivered received updated real time delivery time estimates which were spot on! Zachary was our delivery driver and we could not have asked for anyone as nice.

Mark Sjoman was instrumental in getting us acquainted with the different washer and dryers. He is an expert, who found what our needs were to find our best fit. Friendly service.

Shannon at the Marshfield store was amazing to work with. My England furniture was customizable for the color of the couch, loveseat and the accent pillows. Shannon was very helpful in assisting me with picking out the colors. She didn't come across as the pushy 'car salesperson'. I would highly recommend working with her. It was a great experience from the time I placed the order until the delivery today. This is my second purchase from Furniture & Appliance Mart and I'm happy.
