Full Stack Plumbing and Well - Chapel Hill

Full stack first came out when we had a leak in a VERY annoying location after the holidays (see photo with labels/before); it was a slow leak over the holidays but we didn't want to interrupt anyone's holiday for a non-emergent leak. They were able to fix it but we also realized (after 12 years) that it was time to reevaluate our "water closet" (see photo with labels). Full Stack said, "ok!!" And CW (owner) came out and brainstormed a few ideas and tested our water. I've had Full Stack do work on a few occasions. Excellent experience each time. Replaced two well trolls. Replaced well pump. Installed tankless water heater. Fixed gas leak. End-to-end really easy to call in and set appointments. Automated messages let you know who is coming when they are on the way. Easy to pay online. Overall, a really great experience!

Great experience with Full Stack. A very pleasant receptionist answered my call (I forgot her name) she was able to schedule my service and Kentrell, a very polite and professional young man, showed up when they said he would, he communicated with me about my repair, gave me options and was able to repair my outdoor spigot right then and there. Nice neat clean work and fast. I will use them again and plan on referring my own small business clients to them.
