He couldnt even put spark plugs in the correct way, the valve cover gasket was super loose. Oil was everywhere and he said its done and finished. Took to a different shop and figured out he used the cheapest materials, stripped the bolts for the valve cover, didn't plug in the coil packets. He looks and acts very professional however hes just a scam artist who refused to refund us after he sits behind his desk and lets a 18 year old kid fresh out of high school work on a 50,000$ truck.

I normally do most of the repairs on my vehicles, but during the recent cold snap we had a month ago, I was leaving work and realized I had a burnt out headlight. I looked and noticed it was going to be a bit harder than a normal headlight change. Realizing that it was well after 5 I thought I was going to hand to “send it” and take the 40 minute drive home with only 1 headlight working. That’s when I remembered about Full Send. I pulled in and explained to them what I had going on and they stopped what they were doing, verified that they had the bulb that I needed, and got it changed in no time. Thanks Sam, Aaron and the team at Full Send fo...
