Joel and Trey are the bomb. Been here many a time - they are always super responsive and have helped me with many a Subaru. Recently I got a flat on Merrimon and had to put the donut on. I rolled in and they had my tire fixed in no time flat. They have also referred me to great muffler and transmission people. Go here!
Ordered a bumper for my 4Runner that came in with a self weld kit that consisted of 29 separate metal plates. Truly glad I got to take my bumper to FTW and Joel knocked it out for me with a 100% satisfying result. Greatly appreciate ya Joel and looking forward on coming back with more projects if I have in the future.
The best experience I've had with a mechanic probably ever. Bought my daughter her first car and I'm a bit nervous sending her out in the world and wanting to be sure the car is in good order. Brought it to Joel at FTW and he looked at EVERYTHING!!! Lynn called me (she is so nice!) With a detailed report of what Joel found and what repairs were needed. I was low on cash and wanted to do the work in 2 parts, one immediately, the rest a couple weeks later. He made the right calls as to what to fix now and gave me his honest opinion on what could wait. I got detailed paperwork so I know I won't forget any minor details. I don't think I'll ever u... I’d had Joel recommended to me by a friend as being a straight up and a skilled mechanic. I’m very happy with the work he did and the cost trade off. They will take good care of you here and get you back on the road safely. That last part was very crucial in my situation when I brought my Tacoma in and I’m VERY happy with how my truck drives and handles now. I’m a small business owner too, very happy to support another. FTW rocks.
