Jolene was professional and straight to the point, she was honest, and 100% efficient. She was able to give 2 options for each dilemma- made my decision making process simpler. She fixed my accessability issue with Microsoft 365, and installed VAS, a malware, etc protector! Best part...was ready well before the predicted time. Paid $370, WELL worth it. Thank you!
