Fruitvale BART Bike Station

I'm surprised this guy only gets 4 stars. He's a passionate artisan that loves bikes. He helped me put together my sleeper bike, and do it way lower than I could have asked for.

I got a tune-up and I appreciated the quick turnaround and clear communication. Bike storage service is super convenient. People are chill.

The guys at Fruitvale Bike Station know bikes, and gave my classic Klein Mountain Bike the TLC it deserves. With the new drive train, overhauled shifters and full tune up, this racing bike rides smoother and faster than ever. I appreciate the customer service, fair estimates and the extra touches, like a complete detailed cleaning and taking a second look at the breaks the next day to resolve the squealing issue. I've tried other well known Bay Area bike shops for service and FBS surpassed them all! Not to mention they offer complementary bike valet service at Fruitvale BART!

The best place to go to get your tires fixed! They get the job done extremely fast every time! Have to say thanks to Eduardo!

Stopped by today around 11am to get information about parking my bike. The door was locked. The young man that was inside was more interested in completing his phone call than helping me. I just left after waiting for some time and after he rudely gestured for me to wait longer. I won’t be back if it continues to exists in its current iteration. These services work well in other countries. It’s sad we don’t have something as nice here.
