Jose was quick and available to our first meeting. We initially tried for a cover attached to the home, but was not able to get approved for a permit with the city due to location of my drain field. Jose provided drawings with his software and engineering plans so I would know what the finished project would look like. Unfortunately we could not proceed do to city restrictions beyond his control.
We pivoted to a free standing cover with the max dimensions without a permit required. In my city that is 120sq ft based on my lot size.
I felt very comfortable with Jose’s workmanship and ability to follow through with the work laid out.

There were some times were Jose got very busy and was lacking in timely responses, but eventually we were able to get all the details worked out and once work started they finished in about 4 working days over a week.
I would definitely recommend to any friends or family looking to build a patio cover. Would hire again 😁
