Amazing service - they sent a technician to us within an hour of our request since they had someone nearby, and he diagnosed and fixed the drain mechanism for our dishwasher super fast and was incredibly helpful, informative, and patient.

I called Freezing Cold to get my washer and refrigerator fixed. They were able to come out the next day to assess, then repaired everything a day or so after. They are reasonably priced, too. I highly recommend.
