Upon receiving my computer, Freeport conducted a thorough diagnosis and identified that my GPU had reached its end-of-life cycle, necessitating replacement. Additionally, they uncovered several other unforeseen problems that were not previously apparent. The repair process was completed efficiently, and the PC was thoroughly cleaned. Blake did a super job of upgrading my wife's all-in-one, cleaning up some contaminated files and opening up the machine for a thorough cleaning and additional memory installation. He is quite knowledgeable and patient when dealing with a tech-challenged person, (me). Going foreward, I will continue taking my business to him and recommend his services highly.
