After Hurricane Milton my house was in need of a new roof and porch rebuild. This company put their card in my mailbox so I called as all our local companies were inundated with work. I REGRET ever calling them. I received a new roof line I didn’t ask for and they said my city told them it had to be done that way…. I verified with the city that was a LIE, damaged siding(that is obsolete and not easy to replace), unprofessional staff in the office and the crew they sent to do the work. They sent someone back to “repair” the siding with a material that doesn’t harden. I also had to redo the caulking as it was so poorly done. And not even a year later, the wood is starting to warp. They also left a piece of ply wood in my attic on top of my duct work. So many issues to mention, Just do yourself a favor and use a different company.

Freeman Roofing explained the pros and cons of shingle vs metal roofing as I was switching fr0m metal this time. Their quote was very reasonable. Unfortunately i had a significant amount of damaged plywood planks that had been there for 20 years which caused an increase to the initial quote but that "woodwork" cost was properly disclosed and explained as an additional cost in the original estimate. The job was done professionally with numerous crew members executing their tasks carefully and responsibly. Continuous cleanup during installation too. Post install inspection for wind mitigation occurred as planned as did warranty certificate.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!
1) It took weeks to show up after being paid.
2) Two guys that didn’t speak English showed up unannounced on a Friday at 4pm in pajamas.
3) They were unprepared and changed plans to replace drip edge on Saturday.
4) Luckily we speak Spanish are in the trades so we told them it was going to rain the next day and not to work.
5) They came back unannounced on Sunday unskilled and understaffed.
6) As you can see in pictures, fascia is horribly cut and installed.
7) Nails and debris left everywhere.
8) I had to run out and but them a gallon of tar.
9) They worked into the night using cell phones for lights.

13) They had to return two days in a row to attempt to correct install which they failed both times.
14) We received a text from their south Florida office at 6:45 am assuming that the job was done and to leave money under the door mat.
15) We called the numbers found in text messages and on Google and no one was around to answer.
16) We went to the office during work hours in person where there are only two 70 year old secretaries that are unaware of any business operations.
17) We finally got the number of a lady named Nancy to try to get a person of authority to the job. She has a very poor understanding of the business that she answers the phone to and asked for advice on why it was unprofessional on sending a text to a customer at 645 asking them to leave money under a doormat when the job was not complete. She advised that her military experience was enough to run a business properly. After being confronted with the many issues, she said that we would have a project manager to our house that day.
18) Weeks later we still have had no calls from anyone to schedule a site visit.
19) We had a number of a guy named Shawn that is the step son of the owner. He won’t return phone calls.
20) We are out of options at this point and have to fix the poorly installed roof on our own as we need to continue with life.
21). WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE NO QUALITY CONTROL OR MANAGEMENT TO PROPERLY DEAL WITH THE PUBLIC AND CORRECT ANY MISTAKES OR EVEN SIMPLE TASKS LIKE SCHEDULING JOBS. THEY ARE USING LATINOS TO DO ALL THE LABOR AND HIDE BEHIND THEIR PHONES WHEN IT COMES TIME FOR ANY ACCOUNTABILITY.

real good job. i would use them again. they have good people working for them. this was a good size job and dealt with some stucco and brick. they took care of sealing everywhere 1 small leak - they fixed . no problem . i recommend them.
