I had Free State come to our place of business and install a maglock security system on our main entry door. I had ordered the parts for them to install and the hardware that came didn't fit our door exactly. Free State was able to make some minor modification and make the devices work perfectly. They were very easy to work and did an excellent job. I was coordinating most of the work from another state which made scheduling difficult. But they working around my schedule and showed up when I needed them there. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I have been with Free State for a number of years, even under previous names when dad ran the company. What I miss the most is the quality of customer service that “use to be” before Jeff retired.
