Ice cream is delicious. Sandwiches were on the most beautiful homemade bread. We enjoyed this stop very much. Even the iced coffee was spot on!

Disappointing Customer Service Experience I’ve been a loyal customer for over five years, regularly purchasing pellets from this company. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I placed an order two weeks ago and was told I’d receive a follow-up call with a delivery date, that call never came. Meanwhile, a friend who ordered the same week had his pellets delivered within days. When I called to ask for an update, the staff couldn’t provide a delivery date and said it might take another 7–10 days. Highly recommend Fredericksons Farm! My father in law has a pellet stove from them and when we bought our new house that has a wood fireplace, he told us to go see them! We went even though we weren’t quite ready to dive in, they answered all our questions which sealed the deal. From the sales person at the stove to, Rebecca who handles all the paperwork and schedule, to Alex who came out to inspected before the install and all the way to the final install, I will say all went so very smooth.
