Terrible Experience. Our yard was fenced in since I have dogs. I purchased new back cement steps and needed to get them delivered. I paid Frankson fence $1600+ for a new gate. The salesman insisted that any size truck could fit through. Sure enough the delivery comes and the truck can't fit through the new gate. So me and the delivery man have to tear down the fence I just paid Frankson for. I called Frankson fence and explained the situation. What angered me most was since Frankson had been paid in full they made no attempt to help me rebuild it. Called a few companies for an estimate for a fence for my home.
The first one was Frankson . Rich was very professional. We agreed to meet the following day and he was there on time. We went over what I wanted and what his recommendations were. Just dealing with Rich and how I was treated made me just want to do business with him so I canceled the other 2 fence companies and wanted to just deal with Rich and Frankson ! Glad I did. Job came out amazing the 2 techs were very nice, professional and organized. One was Miguel and I forgot the other nice man’s name . Thank you guys !

They are very dishonest. We ordered 3 arched gates. Rich told us we should go with the regular ones because the arched are so much more money. I asked how much of a difference. I honestly do not recall the exact amount but it was in the neighborhood of $250 each. We opted to go with them anyway. On install day, the wrong size gate was delivered for the walk through gate and it was not arched. The 2 driveway gates also were not arched. We had them go ahead and install the driveway gates because we have a dog. The walk through gate had to be reordered but now as a regular straight gate to match the driveway. I argued that that was not what we were told but he did not care. Nor did he even refund that ridiculous amount of $243. Then we reached out to Sam about it. He said he would talk with Rich and get back with us. Surprise, that hasn't happened either!
Take my advice and stay away. I didn't want to use them because I did not get a good feeling when we went there the first time to talk with them and see the product. Too much of a "used car sales man" so to speak attitude. But, it wasn't solely my decision, unfortunately. The product itself seems decent. The dishonesty and not returning our money is the issue.
My other half, Phil, regrets not listening to me, but I didn't say, I told you so to him.
On a side note, the two installers, Miguel and Hector (brothers) are fantastic!

They did an outstanding job listening to our concerns, matching what was existing and working around obstacles. Both the sales team and installers were professional and courteous.
