I wanted to drop off my Dyson for a routine cleaning. It has a weird smell, and I figured getting it cleaned would help. When I arrived, the owner asked me what I needed, and I told him there was a foot smell coming out of the exhaust and I simply wanted the whole thing cleaned. He proceeded to dismiss my concerns, saying my vacuum looked in perfect condition and he couldn’t imagine there being a smell. He then asked if I had pets or lived on a farm, which I do not. I honestly questioned if he even had a sense of smell. He stood there while the whole store filled with the stank coming from my vacuum, saying he smelled nothing. So I asked if he could still clean it and just do routine maintenance. He kept saying he couldn’t guarantee anything. He continued to dismiss me and treat me like a poor, dumb woman. Then another customer came in, and the owner asked him if he smelled anything….like why are you asking some random guy? The whole experience was incredibly demeaning. I would not suggest this place to anyone.
