I hired Fournier landscaping to put in a stone patio on my home in Addison. I met with the owner twice and received a price. He started late (without bothering to call). The work was acceptable. However he promised he would use polymeric sand, and did not. Also, they never put on the final coat of sand, after emailing me twice that they would be out, and never showed. I paid the agreed upon sum immediately when it seemed to be finished (not knowing at that time they didn't finish with the polymeric sand. Shortly afterwards, I received a follow on bill for nearly $900 for repairing the damage their equipment did to my lawn, and nearly $... Not to mention a charge of $25 per bale for hay (all of which was told to me was included. I would not recommend Fournier Lanscaping for work. I am confident that there are many companies out there that will keep to their word.
