Excellent service, goes above and beyond. James in particular has helped us out on multiple occasions and is stellar with communication. Highly recommend.

If I could give a -10 I would. They had to come back over 10 times after they finished. I asked for all satellites to be removed and they pinned it somewhere else which left an unprofessional hole in another spot. They forgot to cap my chimney which left rain in my living room. The people they hired wasn't certified but fulfilled their obligation...they had to come back to spray all the urination out of my backyard. My neighbor called and said my roof was swinging. They broke my outside faucet and had to replace it. They did a horrible job. My bathroom leaking and they said it was my window that's below my roof and refused to fix anything. Th... I worked with this company because of the good reviews online. Unfortunately, it was a mistake. The intitial meeting was fine. The salesman seemed knowledgeable. I had the company work on one side of the roof to slope it more because water was puddling and not draining from my flat roof. Unfortunately, within 1 year of the completed work, we started seeing signs of a roof leak. The leak was coming from the side of the roof they worked on. They had to patch and repair at least 2 times and we are still experiencing leaks. My recent contact with them was disappointing.
