I took a couple devices in my PlayStation and my phone. The phone they had fixed in no time less than an hour super fast and friendly service. The PlayStation my kid dumped a bottle of water on. They were upfront and honest about expectations- but worked their magic and I have it back as a working unit. Super happy and pleased, especially since other places quoted weeks to get this work done and they had it done in half the time. Upfront and honest would highly recommend.

I set up an appointment thru their automated ai that said they can help repair my pc monitor then call back to speak to a real person that verified they would take a look. I show up to the shop and the guy at the counter had no clue about the appointment while acting out of it and says they are unable to help me out all and refused services. Don’t waste your time they don’t care

Took an old XBox in to get it checked for "glitching" issue. Person who helped me, I guess, opened it up looked at it and found nothing wrong. He never hooked the XBox up to a TV to view the screen glitching because he said he had no tv that would take RCA cables. He said he thought it was the GPU unit, but not really sure. He offered no other advice, gave the XBox back to me and charged me $60 plus tip. He appeared from the beginning, as if he didn't want to be bothered with fixing a game system. Don't think I'm going back there again!

This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I called ahead to confirm they work on PlayStation 5 consoles and was told yes. When I came in, I wasn’t greeted at all and had to approach the guy at the counter myself. He was cold, unfriendly, and clearly uninterested in helping. I paid a $60 “diagnostic” deposit immediately, and while running my card was asked if I wanted to tip—before any service was provided. When I declined and said I prefer to tip after service, I was met with visible irritation. Red flag #1. After taking my money, he gave me no information about timelines, expectations, or total repair...
