My man Jonathan does it again. I had my living room floor done with the lifeproof tiles. Jonathan had to create a sub floor with plywood because my original flooring was very old, uneven and weak. But 4 Corner Floors fixed my weak floors and put on the new flooring with precision, couldn't have asked for anything more!! Thank you Four Corner Floors!
We reached out to Jonathan and his team because his price and his availability matched with our needs. We have a brand new construction, and all we were looking for help is to have someone sand down the floors and refinish to a lighter color. Jonathans team was rushed and the attention to details was horrible. First of all, our floor is extremely blotchy, and the color is super uneven. What makes me furious the most is, our kitchen is custom made Italian wood panels, and Jonathans team managed to STAIN all my kickplates in the kitchen, when all they had to do is just mask the edges to prevent this problem. All the staircases are different color, and none of them is finished properly, so now all my stairs have splinters and it is just not safe for anyone to walk barefoot. Our job was also quoted to finish with quarter rounds - all of the quarter rounds were cut unevenly, and were put on so sloppy where there are gaps everywhere. The worst thing is the floors were not even sealed and finished, now $5400 later, we have to hire someone to finish the floors properly and undo his mess. We hired him also cuz of the decent reviews, but it was a horrible mistake. I wish I never trusted this team, please NEVER hire his team. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
This company did a great job on my kitchen floor tile job. The kitchen originally had the sub base wood floors and I wanted tiles instead. My man Jonathan came to the rescue! They had to re-level the floor with tinset cement boards and his guys did a great job on the whole installation. Not to mention his price was 50% cheaper then other estimated I had gotten!!!!!! This was a no brainer. This is the second job I have given Jonathan and the man delivered like a true professional. Was always on time and he backed up everything he said. 4 Corner floors is the way to do your floors in 2023!!!!
