I am so glad we found Mitch and Foundation Medix. Mitch came out and gave us a straightforward assessment of our basement foundation and potential water issues, and a no-pressure estimate for an under slab perimeter drain system. We decided to hire him for the job as we are finishing the basement soon and wanted to do the waterproofing as a preventative measure. Mitch was responsive to my calls and texts, and easy to communicate with. He also helped us navigate the permitting process, which we are new to, and worked with us to coordinate timing of his work with the renovation contractor.
