Absolutely wonderful experience! I came here because of recommendations from others and I am so glad I did. The customer service was top notch. I brought my ring in to have it sized and I was nervous that it would cost a fortune and I was blown away when they told me the total!. Also I dropped it off on a Friday and by Tuesday it was ready to be picked up! Absolutely recommend them to anyone. Such kind people that work there!

Went in w a broken Mother's Ring that was basically beyond repair and missing a diamond i had lost. Exceptional customer service. They were able to help me find a free form ring that captured my heart n mount my diamonds onto it. I wanted my new ring to have my diamonds mounted the same way. They also went out of their way to find a diamond to replace one that i lost. They hit it out of the park! Beyond my expectations! Excellent customer service at Foster’s! I banged my ring on the counter which displaced the stone and they were able to accommodate me and adjust it the same day, plus I received a free cleaning! Highly recommend Fosters for their quality and above and beyond customer care.
