Fast service, quality work, and fair prices. Not sure what more you could ask for. We called them about a broken refrigerator that we were pretty sure was toast. They were able to come out that same afternoon and had the issue diagnosed and completely fixed and ready to go within 90 minutes. Nice guys, no up-sells, no hidden costs, just good service at a reasonable price. We will absolutely call them for all of our future repair needs!
THESE GUYS ARE GREAT!!!! I called Fort Worth Refrigerator Repair to repair my LG refrigerator and freezer after it stopped pumping cold air. I was expecting to be told that it may be a day or two before they could get out here, as this was my experience with other repair services. I was told they could be here within a few hours, which was a huge blessing. Matt and Logan came to my house a little after an hour from the time I called. They were very fair with their pricing and they were extremely fast when it came to diagnosing and replacing my compressor. They were super professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Great same day service. Called around 9:00 am and it's done before noon. Appreciated the text updates on arrival time. Very pleasant service tech. Only charged for a service call even though the last time they came to fix our 22 year old refrigerator was 5 months ago. Will need a new one soon. Good advice on what type to buy, and also to put in a surge protector.
They came out to troubleshoot the issue, when they realized it was a bigger repair they were upfront and honest and gave us realistic options. Will definitely use them for any future repairs.
Call them at 7am. Surprisingly they answered and set up a appointment for noon. They were at my house By 11am. Changed out the part and was finished by 12:15. Nice job...
