We had a leak in our outdoor spigot, most likely from a recent freeze. Plumbing Pros sent someone to give us a quote very promptly, and they provided best-case and worst-case scenario quotes so we could be prepared either way. They came back to do the job the very next time I was available. The work was quick and clean, and they added extra touches (like some extra insulation) to make things easier in the future. The prices are on the high side from what I have found in the area, but it pays for efficiency and professionalism in my opinion. I would recommend.
STAY AWAY... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.. I called on a Friday and was promised they would come on Monday. they could come over the weekend but then there was a extra fee whjch is reasonable. timing was between 9 and 11 am... i called at 1 pm and eecieved a excuse that they been trying to get in contact with me. She then was going to call me back which never happened. At Teusday morning i call again, now they tell me that they can not get a hold of my tenant where the problem is at. Funny thing, I never gave then her info, they were voing to call me after they diagnosed the problem. Eventually they came out later that day. Their suggestion replace old pipds since hot water is not getting to the bathroom. COST $3300.00 I called another plumber, fixed in 30 minutes, cleared out the hot water pipe, due to corrosion of gas water heater. My cost $120.00 and suggested to get a new water heater. First they did not show up on Monday, then they lied about the tenant story on Tuesday and then want to overcharge and do more then is ndccesary. That price aas for running a outside waterline for 75 feet. $3300.00 ?? No thank you, dont be fooled by them !!
