Forst Auto Repair

This is my second trip in the past 6 weeks, as I'm nurturing an older Honda Element "back to health." The clutch replacement I received a few weeks ago was seamless; it works perfectly and was completed on budget and in a timely fashion. Most recently, the shop diagnosed and repaired my airbag issue and identified a clear fix for my cruise control. The techs in the shop are courteous, and I appreciate their suggested repair notes for issues they've identified while diagnosing my required repairs. I greatly appreciate their expertise and COURTESY. They're my "go to!"

Great work, fantastic communication, and an overall very positive experience. The courtesy car was very nice and clean. My truck's new tires, upper and lower control arms, and ball joint were installed perfectly—it looks and handles great after their extensive work. I especially appreciated that they were able to complete work another business told me wasn't possible. I plan on returning for all of my family's vehicle needs and highly recommend them.

Honest, friendly, and fair. I had my vehicle checked over for some concerns and they explained everything very well, regarding what is fine for now and what should be addressed sooner than later. They were not pushy and did not try to upsell any services. Great people.
