Staff are super helpful and friendly. Jesse has a great depth of knowledge and was very patient with us throughout our buying process, which included a partial cancellation/refund due to circumstances on our end. We will send business there way and will tap them when we are looking for flooring in our next home. UPDATE: I liked my experience so much, I am now an employee and am very happy to be part of the sales team. From client to team member, it validates my original assessment of the company, and now I get to extend the same experience hopefully to everyone I welcome to the store.

Do not recommend , I purchased flooring for a house that I was selling and had moved out of. Flooring solutions allowed the installation company to charge supplies under my name. They then billed me at a house I no longer owned, they sent me to collections. Never called, just sent a bill to collection that I didn’t know existed. I paid collection and have made several attempts to contact the owner of the store to have this removed. I have never received a call.
