Floor to Ceiling was absolutely amazing to work with. Kara went above and beyond to help find the perfect style of carpet and price for the space I needed. Every staff member that I came in contact with through this whole process, has been hands down super to work with. I will 100% recommend Floor to Ceiling to all my family and friends. My husband and I have used Floor to Ceiling for several home remodel projects over the last few years. They have always proven to be knowledgeable, reliable, courteous, and patient. Kimberly has listened to my thoughts and ideas has been able to pull samples for me to review saving me hours of time and energy. She doesn't shy away from offering her opinion, in a completely respectful manner, which I appreciate as it leads to quicker decision making on my part. Kara was great to work! Picking out new carpet can be a daunting task; one I was not excited about. I told her what I didn’t want in regards to carpet type and that I wanted to lighten up the room. She quickly brought me to a few samples that I could bring home and came to a decision. Ordering took a few weeks due to it being a special order. Installers were fabulous. Gave us specific instructions on where to move furniture so they could get the job done in 2-3 days. Couldn’t be happier with my new flooring! Feels like a new home!!

From start to finish - absolutely an excellent experience! Kara is so knowledgeable and her estimate to final cost was spot on! We were communicated w throughout the process. Luis and his team of installers were outstanding. Highly recommend!
