I really enjoyed the good service from Floor Magic. From the store to the install. Craig was extremely professional and very friendly and treated my house with respect and his install came out amazing! I could not be happier with this company. Usually I head to one of the big box stores to get an install, well, Floor Magic had a QUICKER install time! I love that! Very happy, 5 stars, hands down.
From start to finish we received professional (and patient) service. The price was competitive and the work was prompt and complete. Thanks to Floor Magic for making the entire process pain free!
A kirchen remodeling, floor, cabinets & countertops, scheduled for July '24, was supposed to take 3 days. It has taken more than a year. The installation of floors, countertops & cabinets was sloppy: countertops were uneven: dishwasher is lopsided and the cabinets are so much smaller than what I had that the dishes, glassware, pots& pans don't fit. The owner was a great salesman but his word was 100% better than his work my partner had to finish a ton of painting, filling in empty spaces between cabinets & ceilings and so much more. Believe me, I'm not one who enjoys posting bad reviews but FLOOR MAGIC ABSOLUTELY STINKS. Find anyone else,... Floor magic carpeted our stairwell. Throughout the whole process they were courteous, helpful and kept their word in the timing of things. We are extremely happy with Craig the installer's work. It looks neat and sharp. He knows what he's doing and was very professional. The carpet we picked is of good quality. The overall price was reasonable. Thank you for a job well done.
From the first contact with Bob at Floor Magic, to the final installation, our experience was great. Bob is very knowledgeable and gave us the information we needed to select the right flooring. The whole experience was made easy. The installer, Craig, had to work around stacked furniture in our small house. He was very meticulous and did a great job. We are very happy with the whole process!
