I didn’t necessarily need to fix my phone, as I bought a new one when the screen broke on my 11 pro max, but I needed to back it up and transfer the data. I was able to accomplish everything I needed to do in ONE visit. Link’s customer service is A1 and he’s quick and efficient. 5 stars honestly isn’t enough! 10/10 would highly recommend.
