Flint’s Appliance Repair and Sales

Purchased a refrigerator for flints and had them install it. They forgot handles for unit. So they had to come back and install handles. They had to come back out again due to it not cooling. Shortly after it did the same thing and we lost all our food. After contacting them they said they would come fix it. Now they will not return our calls or messages. They still have not looked at the fridge or made any attempt to correct the issues. Had to buy a new one. I do not recommend.

Customer service sucks. Full voicemail, which I get now. They made and appointment, which they didn’t keep. No courtesy call we’re hung up, can’t find you….. nothing!!!! People have forgotten how to truly run a business!!! And to answer the question did we use the business, tried to. Just very unprofessional! Reported to the BBB, which who knows their customer service may suck too!

Called on Friday about repairing our fridge. He told me me nomally didn't work on Saturday,but since a fridge is vital he would come out. He told me he would be here at 8am. Never showed up at all. Tried calling several times and left 2 voicemails. No return phone call was given. I would not recommend.

So let me say this as far as not buying a 30 day you sir stood in my kitchen 4 days after u delivered the fridge to bring the handles and said that we had a warranty and that was what u were there for now with that being said it went out called u before the 30 days was up and you told us 3 different days and time that u would be at our house and have never showed we have a child in the house that u have expected to go without a way to keep food for her and us to eat sad that u as a father would do that to a child u have completely ignored calls even from me... you are a horrible business man and I will highly recommend people use someone else...
